NEW TO HOCKEY

WELCOME TO THE FSMH FAMILY! WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU!

These are the steps that you will need to complete to get your participant registered:

Step 1: You must complete the Respect in Sport (RIS) Parent Course. The RIS Program is an online certification program (fee is $12.00)  designed to ensure that hockey is fun and safe for all of our participants.  Please ensure you select FORT SASKATCHEWAN as your home association. Upon completing the program, you will be given a certificate with a number and expiry date. This information is required for registration. The program itself takes about an hour to complete; you only have to do this every 4 years.

Step 2: Next, you can add your participant to your account. While logged into your Respect in Sport profile, go to the profile tab - and scroll down to child management (under profile information). Next, click ADD CHILD (make sure you use Fort Saskatchewan as the association if you are a Fury player. DO NOT select Fury. Please select Fort Saskatchewan). If your respect in sport certification is complete, your child will be issued an HCR# (Hockey Canada Registry#). This unique identifying player number will stay with them throughout their hockey career. Families that do not have this course will be unable to register online.
