FSMH ICE ALLOCATOR/ADMIN

FORT SASKATCHEWAN MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (FSMH) 

  

Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey is seeking a part-time Ice Allocator and Admin Support for the 24-25 season.  

 The Ice Allocator plays a crucial role in the Fort Saskatchewan Minor Hockey Association, leading and supporting all areas of Ice allocation. This position will also provide administrative support to the general manager.   

Key Responsibilities and Duties:   

• The procurement of ice from local facilities to support the operation of FSMH and the Rangers Athletic Club (RAC)  
• The allocation of ice for FSMH and RAC  
• Provides ice to all leagues FSMH participates in for games 
• Maintain ice schedule for FSMH 
• Maintaining a positive relationship with the management of ice facilities, officials, and key stakeholders   
• Admin support to the General Manager 

The Ice Allocator works closely with the General Manager and Board of Directors to support FSMH’s culture, strategy and objectives.  

Qualifications:  

• Ability to communicate effectively 
• Attention to detail 
• Competent with computer programs such as Excel 
• Ability to commit to monthly meetings 
• Knowledge of FSMH policies and procedures 
• Knowledge of RecTimes software 

Hours – Flexible schedule, approximately 10-20 hours. 

Pay – Competitive pay based on experience.
