U5 & U7 TIMBITS

U5 (under 5) and U7 (under 7) Timbits Hockey are introductory hockey programs designed for young children, typically ages 4 to 6, to experience the sport in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Sponsored by Tim Hortons, these programs focus on the fundamentals of skating, puck handling, teamwork, and basic game play through station-based activities and small-area games. The primary goal is to help kids develop physical literacy, build confidence, and foster a love for hockey at an early age, all while promoting fair play, cooperation, and enjoyment over competition.
