FSMSA is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to join our team as we prepare for a valued staff member’s retirement. This role provides essential administrative, financial, and governance support to minor sports organizations within FSMSA.

FSMSA is a non-profit organization led by a volunteer Board of Directors, dedicated to supporting and coordinating local minor sports groups.

Position Summary
The Office Administrator manages the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of FSMSA and serves as a key point of contact for member organizations, the public, and community partners.
